Shirley is a restaurateur with her husband and they operate a professional catering company. They are currently working on opening additional locations and taking time to test new recipes. She has run four marathons, was a Stanford crewmember, and enjoys hiking and playing volleyball with friends. She and her husband also enjoy spending time with their family and pets and traveling in Japan.
